C-47 "Ride-Along"

"Airborne Experience"

We are now able to offer a new "ride-along" Airborne experience. Individuals will be allowed to go "Airborne" along with jump team members on a C47 flight.  Hear and feel what it's like to ride in a WWII vintage aircraft and watch the troops dressed in WWII uniforms and equipment "Stand Up & hook Up".

We had a busy Friday at the hangar! Ray, Paul, and Steve were working on "Boogie
Baby"; Ray got the nose repainted, while Steve and Paul continued work on the
annual inspection.

Sharon and I hosted seventy 1st graders from Hobart who took a field trip to the
hangar, as well as several other Frederick attractions! The kids and their
teacher/parents seemed to have a great time.
