C-47 "Ride-Along"

WWIIADT

"Airborne Experience"

We are now able to offer a new "ride-along" Airborne experience. Individuals will be allowed to go "Airborne" along with jump team members on a C47 flight.  Hear and feel what it's like to ride in a WWII vintage aircraft and watch the troops dressed in WWII uniforms and equipment "Stand Up & hook Up".

October 2011 Training Weekend

We had a very busy and sucessful training weekend this month.  In addition to the regular jump training, we had 5 members of the Summer 2011 jump school class who returned to make their 4th and 5th jumps that they did not get at jump school due to extremely high winds the last 3 days of the school.  We also had a group of "Wounded Warriors" and their families from Fort Sill that we hosted on Saturday and took on an airborne experience ride!  Everything worked like clockwork; one jump was made right before twilight on Friday night, and jumping started bright and early on Saturday morning; before the day was over, we made 4 more lifts, followed by a wing pining for the newly qualified team members!
