  3. What is the annual membership fee? Annual membership fee is $50.00 for either Jump Team or Ground member. If you choose to become a jump team member, there is an additional $75.00 fee to cover the cost of liability insurance.
  4. Do I have to jump to become a member? No, ground team members are welcome!
  5. What are the proficiency requirements for Jump Status? You must successfully complete your 5 training jumps to become a jump team member. In addition to remain on jump status, you must complete a training jump every 90 days. If you fall out of the 90 day cycle, you must complete additional refresher training. In order to perform at public events you must attain the appropriate FAA required level of competence.
  6. How often does the team meet and do I have to attend every occasion? The team typically meets and trains once a month at our HQ in Frederick Oklahoma. There are also many events that we attend throughout North America and Europe. None of these events are mandatory, but they are encouraged.
  7. Where does the team meet? For training we meet at our HQ in Frederick, Oklahoma
  8. Is there an age limit? You must be between the years of 18 and 65 to become a jump team member.
  9. When does the next class start? We conduct 2 jump schools a year. Classes are conducted in both January and July. Please check our schedule page for specific dates. Typically each school starts on Friday for induction, and continues until the following Saturday. We include Sunday as a school day in case the school goes longer due to weather or aircraft issues. Please plan your travel accordingly.
  10. Do I have to have a uniform to go to jump school?? Yes, at a bare minimum, you will need a set of M42's, and HBT's. You will also need a Jump Helmet, Boots, Garrison Cap, and HBT Cap. Please check with our vendors listed on the links page for prices. Other equipment can be obtained on an as needed basis for events, ceremonies, etc.

  11. Where do I sleep during school? You will sleep in the student barracks in the team HQ.

  12. Is food provided? Yes, meals are provided during the school.
